Get ready to meet our trusted Senior Project Manager, Todd Seybold! Growing up in the college town of Syracuse, NY, Todd always knew he had a knack for creating something out of nothing. In high school, he attended drafting classes where he first realized that architecture and construction was the right profession for his creative spirit. He could not resist the allure of shaping designs and building places that would influence people.

After earning his degree in Business and Architectural Studies from Philadelphia University, Todd worked as a surveyor while looking for a full-time gig. Life is all about gaining experience, after all. Eventually, he found himself at a small development company where he honed his skills as a project engineer. Then came the pivotal moment that would change the course of Todd's career forever. He found himself in the big leagues, working for a larger construction firm where he first crossed paths with Jody Arena, now the owner of Caritas Construction. These two powerhouses teamed up and worked their magic for nine incredible years together.

But Todd's thirst for growth couldn't be contained. He decided to spread his wings and moved to another large firm for several years; until his old friend Jody gave him a call one day. This is when Jody personally recruited Todd to join the Caritas team as a Senior Project Manager.

Without looking back, Todd has now been with Caritas Construction for over three years. He loves the friendly atmosphere and the strong team support. As a project manager, Todd gets an indescribable sense of satisfaction from every single project and making his customers' dreams come true. Talk about a true champion! Todd loves a good challenge. This guy thrives on personal challenges and is always up for a little friendly competition, which allows him to look forward to his work every day. One of his favorite projects at Caritas is Proconex. The reason? You guessed it! He was challenged every day with the complex millwork package, which in turn felt extremely satisfying for him once the project was successfully completed. Todd truly lives by the motto "get it done, and get it done right, no matter what" and has an internal fire to crush his goals. Watch out!

Todd’s skills have even made an impression on his colleagues. “I’ve had the opportunity to work with Todd over the past two years at Caritas Construction. His extensive knowledge of the construction management software we utilize has helped make the projects more efficient and streamlined. He has shared a wealth of insight with me across multiple programs.  Todd has strong leadership skills that I admire, and his ability to effectively manage resources and schedules makes him an indispensable asset to our projects.” says, Superintendent, Rob Poles.

When Todd's not busy conquering the construction realm, you can find him spending time at home with his wife, Brooke. They love nothing more than quality time with their two awesome kids, whether it's splashing around in the pool, hitting the golf course together, or conquering the mighty grass of their yard. Talk about a lovely family!
